Eilen oli sopiva ilma meidän perinteiselle muuttolintujen bongaukselle Söderfjärdenille. Noin 170 kuvaa, joissa onneksi muutama julkaisukelpoinen. Ehkä itselle mieluisin on tämä joutsen. Ja nyt huomasin, että tuohan näyttää ihan Star Trekin Klingonien Sotalintu-alukselta!
Yesterday we did our traditional visit to near-by area to see Southward migrating cranes and swans. About 170 photos with a few good ones - my favorite is this swan photo. And now I noticed that it looks like Klingon's Bird of Prey in Star Trek series!
Yhden haikaraparven perässä liiteli maakotka. Näitä en muista ennen nähneenikään.
An eagle was following one flock of cranes. I haven't seen these guys before.
Eräällä pellolla oli kymmeniä joutsenia. Odotettiin turhaan, että koko parvi lähtisi kohti saaristoa yöpuulle.
On a field there were dozens of swans. We waited in vain that the whole flock would head towards the Archipelago for the night.
Kurjet lähtivät aina parvi kerrallaan kohti saaria.
The cranes left a flock at a time towards the islands.
Pari kertaa parvi meni meidän yli, oli kiire yrittää saada tarkkoja kuvia.
Few times a flock flew above us and I had to rush to get sharp photos.
Auringon laskiessa tuli vielä mukaan väri, tosin linnut oli kuvissa vain pisteinä.
Along the sunset we also got more colors, though also the birds we just dots in the photos.
Ja vielä zoomattuna tuonne kirkkaimpaan väriin.
And one more zoomed photo to the brightest color.
